Terms and Conditions
Quality/Service
- Abundance Coffee and Cake take great care in preparing and producing products that are of a high standard, using fresh produce and abiding by industry standards.
- I will always act with integrity and honesty with all my customers and suppliers.
Allergies
- All products are made on premises where allergens are used. Abundance Coffee and Cake will not be responsible for any allergy related issues. Unless specified by the customer and agreed to by Abundance Coffee and Cake on the order, all products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. It is the customers responsibility to inform all recipients of this when products are given, including all guests consuming products provided by Abundance Coffee and Cake at events and celebrations.
Online Ordering
- No order will commence until full payment has been made and recieved.
- Please provide your contact details when placing any order - at least one of the following: name, phone number and email. Preferably all three if able to do so.
- Any changes to your order must be sent in writing or phoning Abundance Coffee and Cake no later than 7 days prior to arranged pick up date. If more information or clarification is required I will contact you to discuss before proceeding with your order.
Storage/Care
- Please remember that baked goods are perishable and fragile and must be handeled with love and care.
- Please store your baked goods in a cool, dry place and out of the sun.
- Products containing fresh cream must be kept refrigerated unless being consumed within a 4 hour time frame. During the summer months please refrigerate at all times.
- Failure to store goods correctly may result in colours fading, cracks or melting.
- Abundance Coffee and Cake take no responsibility for items that are damaged due to incoerrect storage and handeling. Once products leave the premises they then become the customers sole responsibility.
Variations from
Pictured Items
- Please understand that it may be necessary at times to vary a product from a picture shown or given due to availibility and supplies. This may include a colour variation or decoration request. I will endevour to Decorate and Bake to the best of my ability. Please understand that sometimes things are out of my control when purchasing supplies. I make every effort for this to be avoided. Every Decorator is different and I cannot replicate another persons exact work, but will make every effort to come as close as possible or provide you with a suitable alternative.
Photoographs
- Abundance Coffee and Cake reserves the right to take and use photographs of your cakes, baked goods and desserts, to use for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Any cancellation must be made within 2 days of the designated pick up date. If a cancellation occurs within this time frame the customer will recieve a store credit to the value of the original order. This will remain active for 6 months from the date of cancellation.
- Any cancellations made with less than 2 days notice will not qualify for a refund and all money paid will be retained by Abundance Coffee and Cake.
- If Abundance Coffee and Cake have to cancel an order for any reason due to unforseen circumstances and I am not a ble to fullfill your order a full refund will be credited to you via the same method by which the order was paid.
By proceeding with your order you are in agreement with the Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Abundance Coffee and Cake reserves the right to refuse the sale of products or to cancel an order under the terms and conditions as stated above.
